For the relief of achy and painful feet, here is a recipe for an effective foot soak:
To 4-5 litres of warm water, add the following:
1 + 1/4 cup Epsom Salt
1/4 cup Sea Salt
1 + 1/4 tablespoon Bicarbonate of soda
8 drops peppermint essential oil
8 drops orange essential oil
8 drops tea tree essential oil
10 drops olive extract
Sit, relax, and soak your feet for 15 minutes. Dry with a soft towel, and gently massage in a therapeutic foot cream with a cooling peppermint oil.
