About

Selina is an internationally renown yoga teacher, teacher trainer and intuitive chef. Of Irish origin, she spent most of her life living abroad, in Germany, on the west coast of Spain, in England, and in the foothills of Vitosha Mountain, Sofia, Bulgaria.

"Nature is my great source of strength and inspiration. Its qualities are found in the garden of our own body and can be discovered and lived through natural, organic movement and introspection. For over 20 years, I have been accompanying people with great joy on their yoga path, which always goes hand in hand with personal development. For me, every yoga class is like a good story, it has a beginning, a middle and an end and transforms our view of ourselves, and by extension, of the world around us on the most subtle level. Here, flowing movements, the intelligent sequencing of postures, a knowledge of biodynamics and the subtlest movements of the body form the foundation for rediscovering the rapture of being in deep connection with oneself, nature and our fellow human beings. This is for me the greatest gift of yoga".

Selina's focus is to leverage yoga as a therapeutic approach to trauma, yoga to balance the hormonal system, yoga practices to reduce stress & anxiety. Selina's work can be accessed from her website and her YouTube channel.

Selina holds following qualifications: B.A. in Modern Languages from Trinity College Dublin; E-RYT 500; YACEP, E-RYT 500, YACEP
