The ancient Ayurvedic practice of self-massage is extremely soothing to the whole body, helping to calm our busy minds, lessening any discomfort due to muscles tension, and enhancing the sense of overall wellbeing on all levels - physical, mental and emotional.

Self-massage encourages better flow of our circulation and lymphatic systems, whilst bringing numerous other health benefits. It is an important self-care tool to balance our endocrine system and helping to alleviate the feelings of stress and anxiety.

The practice also helps us to rekindle the connection with ourselves and our own body, supporting the sense of self, easily overlooked in our busy lifestyles.
