A herbalist’s selection of calming roots, leaves, flowers and spices, masterfully blended for a soothing yet refreshing tea that relaxes the body and helps to promote sleep. A deliciously functional before-bed-brew with the teeniest tickle of naturally sweet liquorice.

All organic Ingredients: wild oat flowering tops, chamomile flowers, holy basil leaf, lemon verbena leaf, valerian root, passionflower, lavender buds, liquorice root and nutmeg.

Directions: shake jar thoroughly to distribute the herbs, brew 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea per cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Now take a deep breath and let out a deep sigh, relax, sip & enjoy in the hour before bedtime.
