About

Samantha is medical herbalist, teacher and lecturer who has worked in complementary health for over 25 years. She has a BSc honours degree in Herbal Medicine from Middlesex University, and has run clinics in London, Kent and Wiltshire. Samantha also lectured on and managed complementary health degrees in Oxford and Gloucestershire, and worked for Pukka Herbs in Bristol as their research and education manager. She has written extensively in these fields, and for other health professionals.

In her work, she uses her experience, observation, evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to help patients on their path to wellness. One of Samantha's main areas of focus is gut health and restoring digestive function to underpin the health of the rest of the body. Whilst her herbal prescription is key, one of her initiatives is to encourage her patients to gain autonomy over their health and life, especially during key changes in life such as the menopause.

Samantha now runs her herbal clinic in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, and combines education, lifestyle recommendations and nutrition, and inspires her patients to spend more time in nature.

Samantha holds following qualifications: BSc(Hons) MNIMH DTLLS
